For a client of ours, global leader offering high level quality and technology products, control systems and services for refrigeration units, both commercial and industrial and for air conditioning we are searching for:

Technical Customer Support Engineer (Eastern Europe)
Location : Sternberk, Czech Republic

Job description:
- Granting support to end customers, agents and distributors within Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary
- Acting as an expert practitioner
- Providing assistance over electronic controllers to end users, installers, wholesalers as well as to internal clients during presales/ post-sales activities
- Attending exhibitions, conferences and other events
- Organizing trainings and presentations

Required:
- Minimum secondary professional education in Engineering field
- Fluent English and Polish are mandatory
- Min. 2-3 years experience in servicing electrical equipment and applications
- Knowledge of controllers products and solutions
- Customer oriented approach
- Able to support customers both off and on site
- Readiness to frequently travelling, time flexibility
- Driving license B
