Marketing Manager ? technical industry

Job description:
- Concentrating on market analysis and penetration
- Forming, coordinating and leading the Marketing Department
- Providing informational support and marketing activities, preparing reports to General Manager
- Proposing any additions or changes in General policy of the company (marketing strategy and tactics) to meet market demands and achieving company?s goals (profit and increase a market value of the company)
- Being responsible for maintaining the company's image and improve it where necessary and maintain good working relationships with customers
- Supporting a sales team to achieve their goal thorough marketing activities (market positioning, competition?s prices, etc.)
- Participating in prepare the yearly budget by analyzing the market in terms of market shares, products positioning and brand marketing strategy
- Managing a marketing team in an effective way (assessing, leading, awarding etc.)
- Performing regular visits that require or may require improving the image in various points of sale or specific marketing actions
- Represent the company in front of specialized service providers and the distribution network
- Monitoring the markets and understanding the trends in the insdustry. New products development that meets and surpasses customers? expectations
- Cooperating with other departments (Sales, Accountancy), divisions and business services, suppliers of materials/ services related to marketing activities
- Collecting, coordinating the printing of marketing materials, technical data and completing a database

Required Skills:
- At least 2-3 years experience in heating appliances as product/ marketing manager, etc
- Higher education with technical or economic specialization
- Active command of spoken and written English, Italian would be an advantage
- PC literacy
- Readiness to travel
- Excellent communiaction skills
- Goal oriented, stress resistant, creative, trustworthy and strong personality
- Confidence in dealing with clients/ partners
- Professional attitude, engaged in fulfilling tasks
